How fast can we go live? Most businesses are ready within 48–72 hours after documents and channel verification are in place. Same-day setup is possible when the paperwork is already complete.

Do you charge a setup or subscription fee? No. Account opening is ₹0 and there is no monthly subscription. You pay for delivered messages, or for voice pulses actually used.

Which documents do you need? A GST, MSME, or PAN document is enough to start the application. The team confirms anything else during onboarding.

Can one campaign use more than one channel? Yes. If WhatsApp delivery fails, the platform can retry on RCS and fall back to SMS.
